Today we took our grandson Mark to Hlane Game Park.\u00a0 He was the official photographer for this trip.\u00a0 To see the photos that he posted go to:<\/p>\n

After Hlane, we drove through the sugar village of Simunye to the Umbuluzi river bridge, then turned back towards Manzini.\u00a0 On the way, we made a 20 mile detour to the village of Stegi, located on top of the <\/cite>Lubombo mountain range along the border with Mozambique.\u00a0 The views from there across the lowveld are amazing.\u00a0 Unfortunately, it was a bit hazy and too near sunset to get good photos.\u00a0 Where vast areas of undeveloped land existed 30 years ago, there are thousands of Swazi homes now spread out across the still rural plain.<\/p>\n
